Suk’s Thai Kitchen Menu Best Seller

After gathering information to know their best sellers we come up with a list of their sample best sellers.

Steamed Seabass with Spicy Lime Sauce – This one is spectacular since it is sizzling away on a fish-shaped platter which I found cute. The aroma is everything on this menu. It has a yellow gravy and a great presentation. Their steamed seabass with spicy lime sauce is cooked perfectly making it soft and easy to enjoy. The flesh can be peeled away easily without any effort. When it comes to the gravy it has that tangy and citrusy flavor with a little kick of the spiciness of chilli. The combination of aromatic herbs and spices gives this dish a pleasant flavor without overpowering the flavor of the seabass.

Tom Yum Soup with Prawns Tom yum soup with prawns of Suk’s Thai Kitchen has two choices, it could be the red broth or the clear tom yam soup with a coconut base. The dish has that really good aroma and rich broth making this one a crowd’s favorite. Their version of the tom yum soup has that every characteristic of a good tom yum soup. The center of attraction for this dish is the prawn and the broth and to be quite fair this one is decent enough to be declared as one of the best in the market. Also a must-try.

Stir-Fried Basil Pork Belly – Their version of Stir-fried basil pork belly is rolled and deep-fried until crispy but tender on the inside. The aromatics like the basil give great flavors to this simple dish. It has that pleasant mouthfeel since the meat is very soft and the outside is crispy. texture and flavor are what you will notice on this dish, my actual favorite among the dishes on their menu.

Fried Tiger Prawn With Salted Egg – Suk’s Thai Kitchen version of fried tiger prawns with salted egg has that delectable and delicious flavors combined in one dish. The tiger prawns that they use are large, cooked deep-fried style until golden, and tossed with salted egg yolk sauce. As I can remember I can taste a slight flavor of butter and that’s fine, also has some chili peppers and other spices. The aroma and the flavors are overwhelming but just making this dish rich and insanely delicious. Every bite of their fried tiger prawn with salted egg is a treat.
