The Koma menu highlights traditional Japanese cuisine. A la carte consists of main courses, nigiri, sashimi, maki, robata grill, tempura, vegan food, Japanese Wagyu Hoboyaki, Omakase, desserts, coffee, and tea. This restaurant also offers a premium Omakase Experience where diners can enjoy signature dishes and special creations of Chef Hiroshi. Its lunch menu is available daily from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and its dinner menu is available daily from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

This restaurant also features a bar and lounge that offers various beverages. The interior design of this dining place is inspired by architecture and places in Japan.

Koma is a restaurant that offers classic and unique Japanese cuisine. These are some of the best sellers of Koma, loved by diners for their aesthetic presentation and delicious taste. 

Lemon Yuzu – It is a dessert made up of lemon mousse, yuzu jam, and cacao crumble. The lemon mousse is shaped like a lemon and laid on the cacao crumble and yuzu jam. It has sweet and sour fruity notes and is light on the palate, making it exciting and appetizing. This is also one of the most praised treats of its customers.

Crispy Chicken – This is a delicious appetizer where chicken is cut into bite-sized pieces, seasoned with truffle, and coated with crispy rice. It is placed on a bed of crunchy rice and served with lemon. Tomato ponzu sauce also comes with it to enhance its taste. The interesting rice coating added a satisfying crunch to the juicy and tender chicken. 

Wafu Carbonara with UniCarbonara is cooked with smoked butter and other ingredients. It is topped with a creamy sauce, special spices, and uni or sea urchin. This Japanese-style pasta has an umami-rich flavor profile that will enhance your pasta experience. This pasta’s little bits of uni have buttery, fresh, and rich flavors. 

Truffle Fried Rice – Japanese rice is stir-fried with truffle paste, vegetables, mushrooms, and secret spices. The truffle gives this fried rice an appetizing taste and aroma. It is decorated with fresh broccoli and mushroom stems. 

Wagyu Beef Tataki – The prime cuts of wagyu beef tataki are seared lightly on the outside, sliced thinly, and marinated with a special marinade blend. Scallion, sesame oil, yuzu ponzu, and green chili enhance its taste and texture.

Koma Menu Lunch Sets 

Koma Singapore offers a 2-Course lunch set available from Monday to Friday and 3-Course lunch sets from Monday to Sunday. Diners can also upgrade their appetizer and main course for an additional price. 

Vegetable Tempura – Tempura is an iconic Japanese cuisine. The vegetable tempura consists of asparagus, sweet potato, and three seasonal vegetables. This is one of the appetizer options in the lunch sets of Koma.

Pan-Seared Barramundi – A pan seared barramundi is laid on a bed of green dragon vegetables and beansprouts. The top layer of the barramundi’s skin is garnished with Sancho sauce. It is served with steamed white rice. 

Bonsai – It is an eye-catching and aesthetic-looking dessert that will capture your interest. The molten dark chocolate mousse and chocolate-dusted crispies are placed in a praline-made edible pot. Chocolate pocky and matcha sponge cake replicate the appearance of a bonsai tree. To enhance its look and taste, chocolate crispies, vanilla ice cream, and chocolate mousse are decorated on its side.

Nigiri & Sashimi 

Nigiri and Sashimi are two of the iconic Japanese cuisine that is available on the menu of Koma. Nigiri is a type of sushi where the seafood is hand-pressed in seasoned rice with an oval shape, while sashimi is fresh raw fish or meat sliced thinly. 

Sake – Sake is a Japanese word for King Salmon. The crowd loves this dish as it is flavorsome and provides essential nutrients. This is one of the most popular seafood used in creating Nigiri and Sashimi dishes. 

Ebi – Ebi, also known as shrimp, is one of Japanese cuisine’s most frequently used ingredients. This buttery shrimp has a vibrant color and appetizing taste, making it appealing to diners. 

Unagi – This is a Japanese eel that has an elongated shape and bold flavor. Aside from its delicious taste, the crowd loves it for the essential nutrients that it contains, such as calcium and protein. 

Koma Menu Maki 

Koma served various authentic and specially created Maki rolls made with vegetables, seafood, and vegan rolls. These exquisite maki rolls have an attractive presentation and savory taste, making them appetizing. 

7 Treasure Vegetable – A maki made with avocado, asparagus, cucumber, pickled radish, kanpyo, shiso, and nori. This nutritious maki roll is perfect for those following a vegan diet. The fresh ingredients give this maki roll a crunchy texture and fresh flavor. 

Koma Roll – This is the restaurant’s special version of the maki roll. It is made with wagyu beef, snow crab, Hokkaido uni, and shiso leaf. If you want to try a different maki roll, this is one of the best options, as it has a unique taste. 

Chirashi – One of the most common and well-known types of Japanese sushi. Maguro, hamachi, scallion, salmon, and chili sesame are combined in this roll. The spicy taste and festive look of this chirashi maki make it palatable. 

Robata Grill 

Robata is a Japanese grilling method where meat, vegetables, and seafood are cooked like barbecues. The tool used in cooking these dishes is the robata, or charcoal grill that looks like a coal box. Foods are skewered and cooked in hot charcoal. The robata grill cuisine served by Koma consists of Shitake, Negima, Unagi, Hokkaido Scallop, Lamb Chop, Foie Gras Sumiyaki, Beef & Foie Grass Sumiyaki, Lobster Super, and vegan grilled asparagus.

The dessert served by Koma consists of Bonsai, Lemon Yuzu, Japanese Cheese Cake, Gelato & Sorbet, Fruit Platter, Japanese Premium Fruit Platter, and Vegan Miyazaki Banana Sorbet. These sweet desserts are available during lunch and dinner. It provides additional food items such as Koma Signature Dessert Omakase and Passionate Mushroom during dinner.
